3241 (520 B.C.E.):

According to tradition, the prophet Chaggai (the 10th of the 12 "Minor" Prophets) predicted the downfall of the Persian Empire and the salvation of Israel. On the same day, construction of the Second Temple which had begun under King Cyrus of Persia, resumed after a long break, in the second year of the reign of Darius, son of Achashverosh (Chaggai 2:18-20).
